Amy is an author, executive producer, activist and initiated shamanic healing and reiki practitioner.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Amy has worked in the creative & technology industry for over 25 years as an Globally awarded executive producer (including 7 Cannes Lions<\/span>) and creative.\u00a0 She began her career in interactive media at CNN.com<\/span> and Alliance Atlantis’ U8TV<\/span>. She moved into advertising working in management for agencies like TAXI<\/span> and Grip<\/span> on brands like Molson, Nike, MINI, WestJet, Labatt and Honda. In 2009 she founded the creative collective Lunch<\/a>.<\/span> As she believes creating – should be as easy as ordering lunch<\/em>. She brought to market the first creative collective of its kind which included established international creators from Jason Zada to WeFail, Nathan Jurevicius, Zeitguised, to Ryan Matthew Cohn, Alex McLeod and Ji Lee.<\/p>\n

How did she go from an executive producer become a healing practitioner? At Lunch she’d been making amazing things for brands like Burt’s Bees, adidas, Paramount Pictures, Red Bull Music Academy, and Nickelodeon and for creators like Pee-wee Herman, Vernon Wells, and Kid Koala. Things should have been perfect, but the traumas were catching up<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In 2012 Amy crossed paths with renowned Shamanic practitioner and teacher Daniel L\u00e9onard (of the Medicine Circle<\/a>) and began her shamanic journey. She was called to practice in 2015, was initiated as a Shamanic practitioner in 2016. Amy went on to do additional training with Shamanic Practitioner, Psychotherapist and Author Sandra Ingerman. Amy’s reiki lineage is through Usui Shiki Ryoho<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n

Amy has been working with clients in private practice around the world for the last decade.\u00a0 She works both remotely and in person and specializes in working with entrepreneurs, executives, artists, survivors of trauma, the LGBTQIA community, differently abled people, and is a certified Steward of Children\u00ae\u00a0\u00a0
<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Amy brought her Spiritual and creative practices together with her heartbreaking, humorous and mystical book, oracle deck and audiobook and artwork of – What We’ve Forgotten<\/span><\/a> <\/em>(2023, 2024, 2025) based on her retreat and workshops of the same name.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Sandra Ingerman<\/a><\/span> has called her ” a leader for these times<\/em>” and Public Enemy’s Chuck D<\/span> calls her “relentless”<\/em>. Her healing clients describe her work as “life changing”.\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Amy is of Scottish, French, Puerto Rican \/Taino and Chinese Filipino descent and brings all of these modalities into her practice. Amy has been a practicing Taoist for more than 30 years and is committed to proper protocols and permissions and honoring the ancestral land on which she works. Her course “Origins and Archetypes” with Zo\u00eb Flowers <\/a><\/span>focuses on tracing lineage and honouring our authentic power.<\/p>\n

Amy is often found collaborating with Missing Witches<\/a> ,\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>producing work in community, or playing music with her husband.\u00a0<\/p>\n
