Amy is an author, artist, executive producer, activist and initiated shamanic healing and reiki practitioner.\u00a0 Her focus across her creative and healing practice lies in reconnecting humanity to nature and turning trauma to triumph. Her body of work centres around decolonization and collective liberation.

Sandra Ingerman<\/a> has called her “a leader for these times<\/em>” and Public Enemy’s Chuck D<\/a><\/span> calls her “relentless”<\/em>. Her healing clients describe her work as “life changing”.\u00a0<\/em>\u00a0<\/p>\n

She is of Scottish, French, Puerto Rican (Taino) and Chinese Filipino descent. Amy is also an animal communicator, a medium, seer and hereditary witch who’s great-great grandfather was a circuit preacher and minister with the United Church of Canada. She brings all of her diverse experience into her practice. Amy has been working with healing clients in private practice around the world for the last ten years both remotely and in person.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In 2012,\u00a0 Amy crossed paths with renowned Shamanic practitioner and her teacher Daniel L\u00e9onard (of the Medicine Circle<\/a>) finally named her trauma of being a childhood sexual abuse survivor and began her shamanic healing journey.\u00a0 She was called to practice in 2015 and was initiated as a Shamanic practitioner in 2016. Amy has completed additional trainings with Shamanic Practitioner, Psychotherapist and Author Sandra Ingerman. Amy’s reiki lineage is through Usui Shiki Ryoho<\/em><\/a>\u00a0and was attuned by Daniel L\u00e9onard. Amy is also a certified Steward of Children\u00ae\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/em>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

As a creative Amy has worked in the creative & technology industry for over 27 years as an globally awarded executive producer (including 7 Cannes Lions<\/span>) and creative.\u00a0 She began her career in interactive media at CNN.com<\/span> and Alliance Atlantis’ U8TV,\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>before moving into advertising.\u00a0 She has held management positions for agencies like TAXI (now VML) <\/span>and Grip (now Dentsu) <\/span>overseeing departments and integrated production.\u00a0In 2009 she founded the creative collective Lunch<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>and\u00a0<\/span>brought to market the first creative collective of its kind. Lunch has produced work for clients from Paramount Pictures<\/b>, to Pee-wee Herman<\/b> and Nickelodeon<\/b> to working on properties like American Horror Story<\/b>, and Paranormal Activity.<\/b><\/p>\n

Amy brought her Spiritual and creative practices together with her heartbreaking, humorous and mystical book, oracle deck and audiobook- What We’ve Forgotten<\/span><\/a> <\/em>(2023, 2024, 2025) based on her retreat and workshops of the same name.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Amy is most often found creating,\u00a0collaborating with Missing Witches<\/a>, <\/span>community organizing, or playing music in the forest with her husband. She is currently working on her second book and oracle deck entitled “<\/i>What We Remember”.\u00a0
